Kraft paper is made of electric insulation paper in two layers, reinforced between them with glass fibers located along the length of the strip. The two layers of electrical insulating paper are bonded with an oil-resistant acrylic resin, making the kraft tape oil-resistant. Electric insulation kraft paper has extremely high tensile strength and adhesive stability to industrial oils. Kraft insulation paper allows for impregnation, which is why it is not susceptible to the risk of cracks and air inclusions. Kraft paper has heat resistance class A (105°C).
